Sinopsis

For a long time, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) remained in a comfort zone, due to the small supply of HEIs in Brazil and, consequently, low competitiveness in the educational environment. However, with the rapid social, economic and market changes, competition has intensified in contemporary times. In this way, HEIs must offer services in line with market demands, since both the quality of the degree course and student satisfaction with the course are determining factors in the profile and performance of the professionals who will be entering the job market. In this sense, HEIs have an obligation to satisfy students by improving the quality of their services, infrastructure and assessment systems.
