Sinopsis

We looked for a connection between children?s ability to make up written stories and storytelling in two schools. We wanted to know if this connection was different in each school, children who were good at writing stories were also good at telling stories. In the other school, the connection was less strong. Although there seemed to be a difference between the schools, the researchers could not say for sure that the difference was real. It could have just been a coincidence. The study suggests that the way children are taught and their feelings may affect their ability to make up stories...That child knew something adults forgot: imagination wasn?t just a game. It was a key to travel without moving one?s feet, a superpower to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. And even if no one else saw the blue elf or heard the stars laugh, he kept every adventure in a corner of his mind, where the magic never faded. Because, in the end, imagination was his best friend: faithful, brave and always ready to whisper to him, 'What if today we turned the broom into a winged horse?'.
