Written by the saintly scholar Sayyid Muá¸Ñammad ibn al-MukhtÄür al-TijÄünÄ« al-Shinqīṡī (d. 1299 AH), it reflects the eloquence, depth, and spiritual insight of the scholars of West Africa and the wider tradition of that region.It does not restrict itself to the blessed moment of the ProphetâÇÖs birth, rather, it traces the luminous journey of the Muá¸Ñammadan Reality-from the primordial light created before all things, to its transfer through the noble lineage of the prophets, until it shone forth in the person of Muá¸Ñammad ï·º.
